These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialFlow ("SocialFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of GeekTechies, available at socialflow.geektechies.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to connect any Facebook Page, Instagram account, or ad account you link to SocialFlow.
To use certain features, you must create an account, which may include connecting your Facebook account via Facebook Login. You are responsible for:
SocialFlow provides tools to help you manage, schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected social media accounts, including Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, subject to the permissions you grant through Facebook Login.
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other third-party account to SocialFlow:

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or schedule through SocialFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., publishing it to your connected Pages at your direction).
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by GeekTechies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
The Service integrates with Meta's Facebook and Instagram APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Meta's own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Facebook Community Standards. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by Meta that affect the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will maintain uninterrupted access to Facebook or Instagram APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeekTechies and SocialFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
